About us

Born and bred in Warminster, Melvin started working as an Estate Agent in 1966 and started Davis & Latcham in 1992, he now has experience of the local property market spanning six decades. Melvin is a long standing Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and believes offering friendly personal service is key to the success of the business.

A keen gardener, Melvin also enjoys music and walking Charlie the Office Dog!

Also born and bred locally Wayne has worked alongside Melvin since 2004 and shares his passion for property. Wayne has been awarded the NAEA Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property and now has the status of Member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Besides his family and his dog, Barnaby, Wayne has a passion for cars and is an enthusiastic cyclist often riding 40 plus miles in an evening.

The most recent addition to Davis & Latcham, Hannah is more than likely the first person you will speak to if you call in or telephone the office. Her quick wit and friendly personality mean she’s a great people person. Hannah’s a tech wiz who seems able to make the most obstinate office equipment behave!

Hannah enjoys spending her spare time with her young niece and nephew, baking or walking Charlie the Office Dog.

The office dog who’s friendly and well behaved, most of the time, and much loved by all who know him. He’s been a teenager since he was a puppy!

Besides going for walks and sniffing, Charlie enjoys playing with his favourite toy space hopper or snoozing in the sun.
